Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

Absolutely! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. However, it’s essential to understand that occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or customs clearance processes. We kindly request your patience and understanding in such situations.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.

For certain shipping carriers, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in their systems. This delay is normal and does not necessarily indicate an issue with your shipment.

What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?

Every order we ship is insured to prevent the loss of packages. In the unlikely event that your order is held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we’ve got you covered! While we cannot control the postal service once your package leaves our warehouse, we understand the frustration of lost or delayed orders. In such cases, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, whenever possible.
